With two outs in the bottom of the fourth, Standifer singled and eventually scored on a Ryan Abernathy RBI single.

On the mound, Jeremiah Figueroa allowed only four hits and walked two on his way to earning his first win. Blake Kolons worked the sixth and Brett Ash struck out the side in the seventh to earn his first save.

In game two, the Mustangs scored first when Brandon Huske hit a sacrifice fly to center to score Zac Johnson. The Bandits got their first and only run of the game in the top of the fourth on a bases loaded walk. The Mustangs had only one hit through the first four innings, but with the bases loaded and one out in the fifth, Andrew Standifer drove in two to give them the lead. The St. Joe Mustangs added one more in the fourth and then scored two more in the sixth.
