Q. What are the Box Office hours?
A. Off-Season hours are M-F 10-4.
Season hours are Monday-Saturday
10-5 & during games.
Q. Is there ADA Seating?
A. Yes, we have handicap seating located by both the home & away dugouts.
Q. Where can I pick up my tickets I purchased over the phone?
A. Tickets can be picked up at the Will-Call window of the ticket office.
Q. Where can I purchase fan gear?
A. Gear can be purchased under the SHOP tab or can be purchased in the Gift Shop at Phil Welch.
Q. Can I bring food or drinks into the stadium?
A. You may bring in a sealed bottle of water, coolers are prohibited.
Q. Will players sign autographs?
A. Of course! Players are always willing to sign autographs after the game outside of the home dugout.
Q. How do I schedule a mascot appearance from Rally?
A. Check out the Mascot Appearance tab under the Community section.
Q. What happens if my car is hit by a foul ball?
A. The Mustangs are not responsible for any damages by foul balls.
Q. What happens for a rainout game?
A. Keep your ticket stub. All rained out game tickets are good for any future Mustangs game.
Q. Are animals allowed into Phil Welch Stadium?
A. Only service animals, with documentation, are allowed in.

Q. When do gates open for games?
A. Gates will open 1.5 hours before the first pitch unless otherwise stated.
Q. What date are my tickets good for?
A. Tickets are good for the date they are stamped. If no date is stamped, they can be used for any game
Q. Do you have seatbacks for guests to use?
A. Yes, we have seatback rentals available at our entrance.
Q. If I have an undated ticket, can I use it for any game?
A. Yes, tickets with no date on them are good for any Mustangs game!
Q. What age needs to purchase a ticket?
A. All kids 3 years old and under get in for free!
Q. How much do tickets cost?
A. Our ticket prices are listed under our Single Game Tickets Tab!
