The Mustangs reschedule postponements


St. Joseph, Mo. (July 5, 2021) - Following the rain out of the scheduled doubleheader on Tuesday, June 29 against Des Moines, the Mustangs have rescheduled both games as well as updated their promotional schedule.


The first game of the postponed June 29 doubleheader has been moved to July 13, which will now be a doubleheader, with the first game starting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 13 will now be “We love St. Joseph!” Night and General Admission tickets will be free for all of St. Joseph on July 13, with any sized donation made to the St. Joseph United Way.


The second game of the postponed doubleheader has been moved to be the first game in a July 23 doubleheader in Des Moines. The first game will begin at 5:00 p.m.


Bark in the Park and the 250 Mustangs Koozie Giveaway, courtesy of Herzog, has also been rescheduled to Friday, July 16.


Last week, the Mustangs also rescheduled the June 24 and June 25 postponed and suspended games.


The June 24 game will be the first game of a doubleheader, starting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 22. This game was suspended and will start off in the bottom of the second inning, according to the official scorebook.


Friday, June 25, the game against Nevada was postponed and has been rescheduled for Monday, July 19 for a 7:00 p.m. start.


Tickets for any postponed or suspended games can be redeemed for any future St. Joseph Mustangs’ home game.
